Here at FBC Albany we seek to engage children of all ages with God’s word during our weekly worship at the church. While you get to enjoy learning God’s word during the sermon in our weekly worship, your children have the opportunity to learn God’s word in children’s church where they learn the Gospel and how God’s word applies to their life. In addition to this, children are given a snack to enjoy as well. Children in grades preschool to 5th grade are dismissed to Children’s church before the sermon during the Sunday morning service.
We offer Nursery services from infants up 3 years old during the church service on Sunday morning. Please let us enjoy snuggling your little one while you enjoy your time in our service.
We are passionate at our church in brining children of all ages to join us for Sunday morning Bible study and worship. To help us accomplish this, you can have your child picked up by our Church bus on Sunday mornings. If you would like your child to ride the bus to church, please contact the church office at 660-726-5626.
Every summer children who have completed the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades have the opportunity to attend Children’s Camp at Grand Oaks Camp in Chillicothe, Missouri. While there children will play games, eat great food, and most importantly, learn about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If you would like more details be sure to call the church office.
